As an events industry small business owner, I could not have thought of a better investment of my time and money. None of us do an event entirely by ourselves. My membership and involvement in ISES at the local and international levels has not only allowed me to start and solidify wonderful business relationships between myself and vendors, but has given me so many opportunities to learn and network.

ISES was a big part of my growth within the special events industry and community. There is no way to accurately express how important it was to have the ability to personally get to know and closely work with countless extremely talented individuals and nationally know professional companies. My years on the Board and year as President of the Greater Triangle North Carolina Chapter of ISES cemented for me the value of being part of the organization. Having the opportunity to work with our local chapter for many years and travel for conferences and ongoing education with other leaders in the industry was something I will never forget.

Tracy Adams, 2011-2012
Owner/Lead Consultant, Adams & Events
After serving on the Board as a Director at Large for (3) years, I woke up one day and realized I wanted to lead the Greater Triangle Chapter. It was truly a calling for me. I wanted to make a difference with my style of leadership and continue in the steps of those who introduced me to ISES. I thoroughly enjoyed my time as President and would gladly serve again to continue being of service to the members and doing right by them.
Lenny Fritts, 2012-2013
Owner, Lenny Fritts Touch of Class DJ’s and Lenny Fritts AV
It was a pleasure to serve not only our ISES family members but a bigger part of our community in support of the Frankie Lemmon Foundation! I am serving my 6th year with the Greater Triangle Chapter and am making new friends and associates every month. What a great way for me to grow my DJ business here in the Triangle Area. You only get out of it what you put in. I started out as a Director at Large for 2 years then taking on VP of membership for a year and then planning my move up to the top as President. Please feel free to call or email me on how you can help out.
